Please complete this form and submit it together with the application fee of £5 and the membership fee of £20.00 if you pay by cash or card, or, if you wish to pay by direct debit with us,
the yearly fee is reduced to £15.00.

You will be required to obtain a sponsor, who will be an existing member (for a period of six months or more) and who will be prepared to state that they know you personally and consider you to be a fit and respectable person, suitable to be a member of the club and prepared to
adhere to its rules and conditions.
